Retail (Single Item) Orders

Bulk & High-Value Order Policy

Orders above $100, including retail, bulk, and B2B purchases, are processed through dedicated production allocation, packaging, and international logistics.

Due to the nature of these orders:

• Refunds to the original payment method are not applicable

Approved cases may qualify for:

• Store credit (valid for future purchases), or
• Partial refund (25%–40%), subject to review
