Bulk & High-Value Order Policy

Orders above $100, including retail, bulk, and B2B purchases, are processed through dedicated production allocation, packaging, and international logistics.

Due to the nature of these orders:

• Partial refund (25%–40%), subject to review

Return Request Timeline (Bulk / B2B Orders)

• Any request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review

We strongly recommend reviewing product details, dimensions, and materials carefully before placing high-value or bulk orders.

• This policy applies to all orders above $100 and all bulk/B2B purchases.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
• Exceptions, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Handicrafts Home.
