Retail (Single Item) Orders
Single-item retail purchases may be eligible for return or exchange if requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to product condition and approval.
Refunds, if approved, may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the discretion of Handicrafts Home.
Bulk & High-Value Order Policy
Orders above $100, including retail, bulk, and B2B purchases, are processed through dedicated production allocation, packaging, and international logistics.
Due to the nature of these orders:
- Refunds to the original payment method are not applicable
Approved cases may qualify for:
- Store credit (valid for future purchases), or
- Partial refund (25%–40%), subject to review
Return Request Timeline (Bulk / B2B Orders)
- Any request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review

- This policy applies to all orders above $100 and all bulk/B2B purchases.
