Most in-stock US orders ship within 5–7 business days, depending on destination and order size. Expedited shipping options are also available.

Single-item retail orders may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval and product condition.

Due to the custom, bulk, and international nature of larger orders, purchases above $100 and B2B orders may qualify for store credit or partial refund review only. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
